A. Registration is absolutely FREE for all.

Q. Do I have to register Online?

A. No, it is not mandatory. However, if you desire to buy in future, click on "Register" on home page to register your details, to save your time in future.

Q. How do I Look, Book & Fly?

A. You can log onto the website and pay with your debit or Credit Card by Master Visa or after cash deposit advance payment to our account at any one of our banks, for purchasing the tickets.

USER NAME AND PASSWORD :

Q. What can be the User name?

A. User name has to be the user's e-mail address.

Q. What can be the password?

A. Alfa Numeric 8 digit unique passwords with minimum One special character.

Q. Can I change my User Name and Password?

A. Each User Name is his unique Email address with unique password. The user name cannot be changed but the password can be changed.

Q. Forgot password, what should I do?

A. Just call up or send email to our call center.New Password will be sent to your Email address.

Q. Unable to Login?

A. There can be two reasons:- either the username i.e. the email address or the password is incorrect. For assistance, contact our Helpdesk.

FLIGHT BOOKINGS :

Q. Why is a particular Airline not available or showing on search results?

A. Our system only shows Airlines & flights on which confirmed seats are available & doesn't show sold out seats.

Q. How do I apply for any group bookings?

A. Group bookings for more than 9 passengers, please provide details on the website, or call our help desk.

Q. Can I hold International, LCC booking or Domestic Airline booking?

A. Sorry, You cannot hold or waitlist any Indian Domestic or LCC Airlines as the fares are dynamic, depending on availability.

Q. How do I cancel or change the flight bookings?

A. You can cancel / re-book / change the bookings online by calling our Helpdesk. Cancellation & re booking charges will apply.

Q. Is there any cancellation policy set by the Airline?

A. Yes, the cancellation policy & charges vary from Airline to Airline, depending on booking classes and Fare basis. The cancellation charges are shown along with the fares, and on the result page.

Q. Terms of "No-Show" policy?

A. Booking are treated as "No-Show" if passengers does not travel or cancel the booking much in advance, as per Airline rules. In case of No-show, most airlines do not permit any refund.

Q. Can I Cancel the bookings directly with the Airlines?

A. Yes, you may cancel your booking by giving the Airline your PNR No, Ref. No., Your ticket No. & mobile no.. Contact our Helpdesk for your changed travel plans.

Q. What are "No show", Re-booking, Refund, Cancellation & YQ charges?

A. These are charges applied by the Airlines, In addition, our company applies a nominal handling fee.

MODES OF PAYMENTS :
