TERMS & CONDITIONS

Given below are the terms & conditions of www.airticketsindia.com as applicable for all travel services provided online. The same are subject to change without notice. The rules of booking sales, reservation, cancellations, penalty, fees, as applied by the airlines, hotels, and service providers apply over and above the terms & conditions.

A) AIRLINE TICKETS- On line

Domestic Airlines Fares:

  • All LCC and Domestic airlines in India have dynamic fares with change online, depending on the availability and have to be booked and ticketed instantly, from the advance credit balance, or by credit card.
  • All tickets are issued as e-tickets and copies sent along with SMS.
  • Domestic Flight bookings are possible till before the flight departure / date.
  • No additional discount, other than shown on the fares and / or billing break up is applicable.
  • All Fares & Taxes (Airport Taxes and Fuel Surcharge) are included, and the fares on the date and time of ticketing will apply.
  • Any bookings cancelled by the Airline on ticketing time limit will not be our responsibility.
  • Airline has a right to rebook or re-route any booking due to schedule changes, as per the rules, with no liability to www.airticketsindia.com.
  • All tickets are issued and invoiced in INR irrespective of the approximate tariff shown in foreign currency.
  • The fare at the time of ticketing will apply as on the GDS.

International Air Fares:

  • All international fares displayed are the published lowest available fares, with all applicable taxes, surcharges from the GDS/CRS data base. Including Indian service tax in INR. If desired our system, for reference only, shows fares in foreign currency.
  • International flights with confirmation can be booked and kept on hold without payment.
  • In case of non-availability of seats or with multiple sectors, the booking can be made by email or phone to our customer support center.
  • In case of group booking, round the world tickets, or multiple sector bookings, the same are booked by email or by customer support center.
  • International flights can be booked up to 3 days before the flight date All tickets are issued as e-tickets and sent as email and details on SMS
  • Flights within 3 days can be booked and ticketed on call to our ticketing department / customer support center
  • Fares, Discounts, Commission, Taxes, Transaction fee, Incentive, Indian Service Tax, and any TDS applicable are shown in details on clicking the "fares details". and on the billing summary
  • No additional discount, other than shown on the fares and /or billing break up is applicable..
  • All Fares & Taxes (Airport Taxes and Fuel Surcharge) are included, and the fares on the date and time of ticketing will apply.
  • Any bookings cancelled by Airline on ticketing time limit will not be our responsibility and have to be again rebooked.
  • Airlines has a right to rebook or re-route any booking due to schedule changes, as per the rules, with no liability to www.airticketsindia.com..

  • The fares and taxes as on the GDS at the time of ticketing will apply.

Child and Infant Policy:

  • Child fare applicable for 02 year age and below 12 years including both outward and return journeys.
  • Infant fares, are applicable for infant under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking, including s both outward and return journeys.
  • If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, Child fare applies
  • Infants below 24 month must be accompanied by an adult or person over 18 years of age.

Air Booking Guidelines:

  • In case seats are not available on our online booking engine, you may call our customer support centre or send us a request by email
  • All tickets are issued as e-tickets only.
  • Paper ticket will be issued in case e-ticketing is not possible, on a few airline or in case of multiple airline travel.
  • Paper tickets if desired on a special request can be issued instead of e-ticket at an extra charge of minimum USD 30.
  • In case of re-routing after issuance of tickets, Airlines re-routing charges will apply plus our handling service charges.
  • Ensure booking with passenger's correct passenger name as on passport.
  • For domestic booking advise passenger's Nationality, Passport no., Place of issue & Date of issue to facilitate travel.

Frequent Flyer, Special Meal, Seating Requests, Schedule Changes and Baggage Allowance:

  • Frequent Flyer no. must be advised before ticketing.
  • For additional assistance, passenger should contact the Airline directly.
  • For special meals or assistance, passenger should contact the Airline.
  • The passenger should reconfirm the flight timings at least 72 hours before scheduled departure, and Airticketsindia.com shall not be responsible for any changes, delays or any claims there of.
  • The passenger should check the routing, departure times and baggage allowance, on the ticket.
  • Airticketsindia.com cannot be held responsible for any loss of baggage by the Airline under any circumstances.

Passenger Name Change

  • Name changes are not permitted. Please check and advise only the correct name / spelling as on passenger's passport.
  • In case of re-issuance of tickets due to name change, ticket will have to be refunded along with Airlines re-fund charges plus our service charges. Fresh bookings will be made and the then available fare will apply.
  • It is suggested that the passengers' names and ages be and checked against as on the traveler's passport at the time of booking / reservations.

Payment

  • Tickets are issued against debit to the advance payment or on payment before ticketing.
  • Credit card transaction fee is applicable @ 2%
  • The following debit & credit cards are accepted:
    • Visa
    • Master Card
  • We accept credit card payments through our secured payment gateway Master / Visa Credit Cards, which are "Verified by Visa or Master Card secured code"
  • DEBIT CARDS can also be accepted if authorized by the bank
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or Bank Transfer, to our different banks with over 5000 in India and abroad
  • Bank Transfer charges are borne by the agent or customer

Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic airline and LCC e- tickets are issued online, by the agent and can be sent directly to the passenger
  • SMS with PNR Number and ticket details are also sent online to the passenger
  • International tickets are sent as e-tickets
  • In case Paper tickets, are required, on extra payment, the same are in couriered on a nominal charge
  • For courier delivery it is mandatory to provide Zip/Pin Code & contact telephone no. of the addressee along with Name and address

Cancellation

  • Bookings are auto-cancelled by the Airlines on ticketing time limit
  • Bookings are also auto-cancelled or auto time limit by the airline, or 4 days prior to travel
  • Cancellation penalties / fee and Airline RAF (refund) charges apply to all tickets if refunded, plus our handling/service will apply
  • No Show charges apply in case of passenger is No Show with penalties

Refunds

  • Full Refund are processed with in 7 days.
  • Part refunds / unutilized sector if permitted, processing time is 8 to 10 weeks.
  • Airlines ticket refund and RAF charges apply as per Airline rules.
  • All refunds are subject to our handling / service charge
  • Credit Card transaction fee is not refunded and refunds are made to the credit card only and the refund credit card merchant fee applies.

Taxes:

  • Indian Service Tax on Airtickets cannot be refunded.

Travel Documents

  • Validity of Passport to be minimum 6 months
  • Validity of Visa for multiple or single entry
  • Transit Visa rules for some countries
  • POE clearance for Indian passengers
  • Obtain Travel Insurance

Liability:

  • In case of any lost documents/tickets/ errors/omission, delay or cancellation of flights, baggage loss or any inconvenience caused for any reason by the Airline or any other reason, Airticketsindia.com cannot be held responsible for payment of any compensation what so ever.
  • It is the passenger's responsibility to check that tickets issued by Airticketsindia.com are correct as given at time of taking delivery of the ticket.
  • In case of disputes, all matters are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

B) Hotels On-line

Belair offers on - line booking of hotel in India and worldwide with confirmed availability. All International & Domestic hotel rates displayed are the published lowest available fares, with all applicable taxes, surcharges Indian service tax in INR.

  • If desired, our system, for reference only, the system shows tariff also in foreign currency
  • Hotel cancellation, reservation policies are shown against each hotel details
  • Hotel booking cancellation, term & condition apply

Liability:

  • www.airticketsindia.com is not responsible for any lack of services by the hotel or its partners or any thefts, damage to baggage or Injury
  • In case of no show or last minute cancellation or short duration stay, no refund is permitted
  • In case of disputes, all matters are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only
