If a particular airline doesn't show up on the fare search it means seats are not available for that day or that airline doesn't fly on that sector.

How do I book long and multiple sector bookings?

Send an email to help desk, or make your booking on our own CRS and import the same on our on line system for ticketing

How do I apply for any group bookings?

Group bookings for groups of 10-15 or more please send us the details of your booking at support@www.airticketsindia.com or call our help desk.

Can I hold LCC booking or Domestic airline booking?

You cannot hold or waitlist LCC. They are on line instant purchase by debit to your cash balance or charge your credit card.

Can I hold International airline booking?

Yes you can hold booking on time limit, and E-tickets will be issue on your request and payment.

How do I cancel the flights?

You can cancel only International booking before ticketing.

How do I cancel Indian domestic LCC carriers?

If the tickets are refundable call or contact our service centre/ or by e- mail.

Can I change the reservations?

Yes you can, Request change under the Ticket queue on the respective PNR. Or call our services centre, reissue and flight change penalty apply.
