Trans Travels P Ltd, a first among the Belair group companies started commercial operations in 1972 as a downtown travel agency based out of Connaught Place, the business hub of the capital city of India. In 1982 Trans Tours was incorporated as M/S Trans Tours & Travels International (P) Ltd. - a privately held corporation at New Delhi.

Trans Tours & Travel was associated with the Air ticket consolidation business for several European carriers which catapulted into a prominent market position resulting in being appointed as the General Sales Agents for Lufthansa German Airlines in 1984. As GSA for Lufthansa, the company provided its expertise to Market, Sales, Ticketing and Reservations support to all IATA & non-IATA agents while promoting the business through the corporate clients.

In May 2006, Trans Tours & Travels were appointed GSA for Krasnoyarsk Airlines - Kras Air. KrasAir is a leading domestic passenger airlines in Russia based out of Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Kras Air is part of AiRUnion Alliance which also includes Domodedovo Airlines, Samara Airlines, Omskavia and Sibaviatrans and is the third largest domestic carrier in Russia.

Currently Belair group manages multiple portfolio of business verticals (online & Offline) in the Travel and Cargo business with an annual turnover of US$ 200 million employing more than 120 employees.

Pawan Sagar Jain (Managing Director)

Pawan S. Jain successfully carries on a legacy of a four generation business house primarily into reselling of Automobiles and components, trading and import-export business.

Handling Charter Flights from UK in 1971, Pawan Jain forayed into the travel business before establishing Trans Travels in the following year 1972. Motivation and passion for the Travel industry has driven him to venture into the Airline Ticket Consolidation business. Highly ambitions and articulate, Pawan Jain is well represented in the travel trade industry. Belair promoted by him is a highly rated airline consolidation house in India and a brand with immense reputation abroad. Has a penchant for online travel technology and is driving the next generation business of Belair group.

An alumni of St. Columbus, New Delhi and a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham, U.K., Pawan Jain also holds a diploma in Business Management from Chrysler Corporation, USA.

He is a Certified Travel & Cargo Agent with Diplomas & Certifications from Lufthansa German Airlines at Seeheim Training Centre. While being an authority in the travel and logistic business he is also a Qualified & licensed Custom House agent with adequate credentials for handling classified dangerous goods in cargo.

Michael Jain (Director--Operations)

Michael Jain, highly talented travel enthusiasts is a next generation travel entrepreneur.

Still in his mid twenties, he is already a veteran of the travel business. Michael says" I have learnt the Travel business like Mathematics and Chemistry ever since I have realized the world around me. Hours of discussion on the dinning table and well tutored by my father, I have seen and understood the travel trade industry from close quarters."

Michael heads the online business of Belair group and is currently responsible for the operations of the online B2C & B2B travel businesses of the company. Having spent the last five years in the travel technology domain, Michael believes the fortunes of the organization are in the online forum.

A Modern school and British school alumni from New Delhi is a graduate from London School of Economics in B.Sc - Banking & Finance. Michael also holds an MBA from European University, Munich, Germany specializing in Banking, Finance & Corporate Finance. He is also a qualified IATA and UFTA certified professional.

Michael is an avid globe trotter, likes to meet new people and network. A biker at heart, a fitness freak and loves horse riding, the adrenal evidently flows into his work.
